Terms of Service
These terms govern the contract between you and Darknessdragon by Shadowra for using Darknessdragon. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Accepting the documents records their version and date; it does not replace the legal basis required for each processing activity.
Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details, verify your email address, keep your credentials secure, and use an account you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity through your account. If you are not legally able to enter this contract, use the service only with the consent and involvement of your legal representative.
Community rules and moderation
Do not use the service to break the law, threaten or harass people, infringe rights, expose another person's private information without a lawful basis, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or distribute malicious code. Follow the rules of each server and respect the privacy of its members.
We may remove or restrict content, suspend features, or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, security, or enforcement of these terms. Where legally required, we will provide the reasons for a restriction and a way to contact us to request review. Urgent action may be taken first to prevent harm or comply with law. Send reports, notices, and review requests to support@darknessdragon.chat with the relevant content link or message ID and an explanation.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, back up, and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service to you and the people you choose to share it with. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies retained in backups, records, or where retention is legally necessary. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit and share the content.
Paid features and payment
Prices, currency, product description, and the payment total must be shown before you place an order. PayPal processes checkout; we receive the order and capture details needed to grant the purchased feature and keep accounting records. The current implementation captures a single PayPal payment and does not create an automatically renewing payment agreement. PayPal's terms and privacy information also apply.
Before paid features are offered to consumers, the operator must reconcile the checkout's “monthly” and “yearly” labels with the actual entitlement period. The current service does not automatically expire a paid VIP entitlement at the end of those periods. Do not treat the labels as a recurring subscription or rely on a stated term until the checkout and entitlement behavior are made consistent.
Withdrawal and ending a purchase
Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, you may notify us within the applicable period by an unambiguous statement using the contact details in the Imprint. You are not required to use a particular form. No waiver of a withdrawal right is implied by accepting these terms or completing checkout.
Model wording: “To Darknessdragon by Shadowra, datenschutz@darknessdragon.chat: I hereby withdraw from my contract for [service/order], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
Availability, liability, and changes
We may maintain, change, or discontinue features for legitimate operational, security, or legal reasons. We will give notice where required. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, liability is governed by applicable law.
German law applies where legally permitted; mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Contact datenschutz@darknessdragon.chat about these terms, withdrawal requests, illegal-content notices, or moderation decisions. Any applicable consumer dispute-resolution statement appears in the Imprint.
These terms are intended to operate subject to the German Civil Code rules for distance contracts and digital services, including section 312d BGB, section 312g BGB, and section 356 BGB.
